How do we charge for our services?
Valley Medical Billing Services LLC is compensated based on a percentage of what is collected. We understand that every practice is different, some practices are larger then others, after reviewing your Insurance Patient Volume and yearly
Insurance revenue we can generate a fair rate for your practice.

How long do I have to commit to Valley Medical Billing Service, LLC?
We want you to continue using our service because you want to and you have found that it is in your best interest to continue working with us. Therefore, we do not bind you to a long-term commitment. Just give us a 45-day written notice.
How will we get the necessary information from our office to Valley Medical Billing Service, LLC?
Fax or e-mail it to us! We can also work with the billing software of your choosing, to make for efficient, accurate and secure transfer of information. Whether it’s an encounter form or a superbill, you may send it to our office on an as-needed basis (for instance, after each visit, at the end of the day, or once per week).  
Where do payments go when claims are reimbursed?
All payments go directly to you! We request that you fax us a copy of the EOB or verification of payment so that our records can be kept up to date for patient invoices and adjustments, however, you retain complete control of your money at all times.
