Valley Medical Billing offers an All-Inclusive Service Package that includes: Electronic and paper claim submission, full charge entry, payment posting from insurance companies and patients, Dedicated insurance follow-up and patient billing, Claim correction and/or resubmission, Patient statements (soft collections, up to 3 past due notices), Patient inquiries regarding bills. Our charges start from as low as 3% of the collected amount. Charges are determined by the volume of your monthly collections:

We email an invoice and detailed statement on the 1st day of the following month. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice and is considered late after ten days of receipt of the invoices.
